Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Growth Engine Labs LLC (“RevenueGEM”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on this website (revenuegem.ai) and in the RevenueGEM application (app.revenuegem.ai), which is currently a private alpha. Questions or requests: privacy@growthenginelabs.com.

The short version

  • We collect only what we need to run RevenueGEM and to talk to people who ask to work with us.
  • We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.
  • We never use your data, or data you upload, to train AI models.
  • Data you upload stays in your isolated workspace, and you can delete it at any time.
  • RevenueGEM never writes to your CRM. It works only on exports you choose to give it.

What we collect

On this website. If you request to become a design partner, we collect your name, work email, company, role, CRM, and anything you choose to tell us about your attribution data. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic request data (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for security and reliability. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

In the RevenueGEM app.

  • Account data: your email address, your password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider) and your workspace membership.
  • Data you upload: CSV exports of contact attribution data, which may include contact emails, IDs, company names, source and campaign fields, and self-reported attribution answers. We also store the cleaned results, the mappings your team approves and the review decisions you make.
  • Product usage: events such as “cleanup completed” or “mapping approved”, recorded with counts and internal IDs only, never the values in your data. We also measure active time spent on review screens so we can report time saved.
  • Feedback you send through the in-app Feedback button.
  • Sign-in cookies: the app uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To provide RevenueGEM: clean and reconcile your data, remember your team's decisions, and show results only to your workspace.
  • To respond to design-partner requests and run the design-partner program.
  • To keep the service secure and reliable, including investigating errors.
  • To improve the product, using aggregate usage measures that contain no customer data values.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Your data and our role

For website enquiries and app accounts, Growth Engine Labs LLC is the controller of your personal data. For data a customer uploads to RevenueGEM, the customer is the controller and we process it only on their instructions, under a data processing agreement with that customer. If your details appear in a customer's upload and you want to exercise your rights, please contact that company; we will help them respond.

AI evaluation (optional, opt-in)

RevenueGEM's core cleanup is deterministic and uses no AI. During the private alpha we are evaluating whether AI can safely suggest how to map unrecognized values, such as a new campaign source. This runs only for workspaces that have explicitly opted in, and it runs in the background: reviewers never see AI output, and AI never changes your data or results.

When it runs, the AI provider (Anthropic, used through RevenueGEM's own account) receives only the unrecognized value, the field it came from, and counts of other attribution values next to it. It never receives emails, names, companies, domains, contact IDs, full URLs or ad click IDs, and every request is checked automatically and blocked if it contains personal data. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. AI inputs and results are deleted together with the dataset they came from.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers (subprocessors) that run RevenueGEM for us, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing their service:

ProviderPurposeLocation
SupabaseDatabase, file storage and sign-inUnited States (AWS us-east-1)
VercelWebsite and application hostingUnited States
ResendAccount emails and design-partner notificationsUnited States
SentryError monitoring, with personal data collection switched offUnited States
AnthropicAI evaluation, only for workspaces that opt in (see below)United States

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. If RevenueGEM is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

Where data is stored

RevenueGEM stores data in the United States. If you are outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded datasets are kept until you delete them. Deleting a dataset removes everything derived from it, including results and AI evaluation records.
  • Accounts and workspaces are kept while active; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
  • Design-partner requests are kept while the program is running, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Server and error logs are kept for limited periods set by our hosting and monitoring providers.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Each workspace is isolated from every other by database access controls that we test automatically. Access is invite-only during the private alpha, and secret keys are kept on the server, never in the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email privacy@growthenginelabs.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

RevenueGEM is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. For material changes, we will notify customers by email or in the app.
